Default Friday morning ownage

On my way to work, I was at a stop light, with a biker (harley) in front of me, and a civic in front of him. Well the light turns green, and everyone starts to move, the civic driver throws his cig out the window and it hits the biker guy in the face (no helmet). He swerves a little but gets to the side of the road, and I see the civic guy lookin in his rearview, didnt even care.

Now Im not defending the civic guy, but I think if the harley guy was obeying the law (wearing a helmet), that wouldnt of happened. Thoughts?

Helmet laws don't exist in all 50 states. Eye protection is always required. As long as the biker was wearing eye protection, he probably wouldn't suffer any long term injury from the cig... but the Civic driver was littering ($300 fine in my state) and engaging in a disgusting habit. I don't really see any ownage here but the Civic driver seems like a total dick if he was aware that he hit the biker in the face.

Texas doesn't require a helmet. Or eye protection, that I know of. And even if a helmet was required, open-face ones are perfectly legal.

The Civic driver deserves a littering fine, and to be smacked in the face by a burrito.

I hate inconsiderate smokers that just flick there ash or even worse their lit cigarettes out their windows and sunroofs instead of their ashtrays!

I am with everyone else who posted....

Civic guy = a-hole no matter how you look at it.

Maybe his next cig will blow back in his window and catch his own car on fire.

I think the Harley should have followed the civic guy home and then beat the ever living shit out of civic guy. Not that I"m too fond of Harley guys either, but I hate litterbug smokers worse.
