Frivilous lawsuit - this is out of control
When is this crap going to stop? A black woman is suing Nascar for $250,000,000 claiming that while she worked there for 2 years she was subject to racist comments and sexual gestures. Coincidentally she has been unemployed for the last 9 months and now decides to file suit.
"Grant claims she continues to suffer from severe emotional distress, including depression, anxiety, nightmares, sleep disturbance, crying jags, headaches and gastrointestinal distress since her firing."
Let's try not to use the N-word besides Scot.

Anyway, welcome to America. This is certainly nothing new. The thing that really bothers me is the fact that judges buy into this crap. If I were a judge id throw case out immediately and fine her ass for wasting everyones time

^ You have got to be kidding me...Even if it were COMPLETELY true it is not worth anywhere near 250,000,000 bucks. Give me a break. It makes me sick to my stomach that this would even be allowed to waste the time of anyone involved.
