based on the fact that other employees already admitted that the incidents she alleges were actual occurrences and regardless of the behavior and attitude, I feel she will get a nice settlement.

No one in NASCAR, including any of the employees, have admitted to saying those things. They're all alleged at this point in time, based on the linked article in the first post.
