That's hilarious! I love it when state bureaucrats have their heads up their asses. I was actually thinking something was up when I read the state's letter (wood debris dams?). The guy's response is priceless; it's kind of a tongue-in-cheek "screw you" written politely. The frequent use of the pun "dam" is also much appreciated!
