I guess this explains why all your previous bulbs blew. Theres grease on our fingers and if we directly touch the bulb, the grease will stick to it. As the bulbs heat up when they are used, the grease thats stuck on it will heat up and **** up the bulb. I think thats why...

Think I should buy an item and not pay to just leave a negative feedback?

I emailed them to just admit they don't want to lose out on a few bucks on their price match policy.. no reply.
