Default gaini muscle mass?

Hi, i am 5'9 almost 5'10 and weigh about 145 and i want to gain up 160
how do you think i can
i wor out with my friend at the gym but i want to gain more weight please help

Eat, eat, and when you're not hungry eat. Obviously the quality and content of what you're eating matters as well. But if you're seriosuly lifting heavy and hard you need plenty of fuel to get you through the workout and to rebuild the muscle when not working. It's not to complicated.

Easy, protein shakes, and lots of food with protein - eggs, banana shakes etc. Also eat 5 meals a day.

do you want 160 on a clean bulk or just 160?

160 on a clean bulk for solid muscle- 1lb of muscle will take 1-2 weeks if done properly.

Go for a clean diet and stack on the protein.

high protein diet. eat all the time. i'm 5'10", started at 138lbs in february. i now weigh 156 and still gaining. lift heavy, eat all the time.

^What do you mean "was"? A friend of mine was pretty skinny @ 5'10" and 170. Although I'm sure Mike looks less starved now though.
