Eat, eat, and when you're not hungry eat. Obviously the quality and content of what you're eating matters as well. But if you're seriosuly lifting heavy and hard you need plenty of fuel to get you through the workout and to rebuild the muscle when not working. It's not to complicated.



A friend of mine was pretty skinny @ 5'10" and 170. Although I'm sure Mike looks less starved now though.
