Most of these pics are in a slide show in the other thread, but here you go. My +1 and I both enjoy gardening. He has 10 green thumbs and many of these flowers are started from seed in our kitchen in the early spring. I'm the helper.




Cone flowers


Coleus and impatiens


Balloon flowers, coleus, marigolds




Salvia, and cone flowers


Hibiscus

All from previous year or so. Things just really starting to bloom around here.

I like the looks of the foxglove, but once I found out it was a digitalis, I worried a bit about the grandkids sticking their little fingers in the plant, so I brought it back to the store.

It's a nice flower though.

Vtechmom, you have tall flowers. Do you have a large flower garden? I tend to plant shorter more compact plants, though we have a few tall ones here and there.
