Getting Out of a Large Person's Way
When I was commercial fishing in boats up to about 65 feet in length even when we were right by nautical standards we gave way to the larger vessel because of their decreased maneuverability.

i would let them by. not so much for some right-of-way issue or being pc or anything...but if in fact there is a collision of any kind, guess who's getting knocked out of the way -- not the big guy.
