Fake id to get into a bar? Doesn't that imply he was/is underaged to be drinking anyways? Here in FL is you lose your license, you can get an ID card. Not that he should be drinking anyways...

had an ID when I was 17 that said I was 25...used to go out in philly all the time back then...done some crazy sh!t....seen some crazy sh!t.....

I'm no lawyer, but I'm guessing it had to do with DUI conditions. Probably a condition of probation.

I think we all underage drank. I know I did. I also drank and drove. I'm not proud of it. I was a stupid kid. I don't drink and drive anymore and haven't in many years.

Your buddy got caught so he should have learned to be more careful. He'll have to pay the price of getting caught. No way around it.
