I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but you can get a pet car harness which goes around the strap of the seat belt and somewhat prevents your pooch from moving around the car.

More importantly, can save your pets life.

I had it on my Jack Russell when I drove around and he didn't seem to have much problem with it on.

We brought home 8 week old Lucky! He was a little shy at first, but luckily had been seperated from his mother for 5 days. He was the last of his litter. What a great little soul. We drove him home and the shyness went away. He perked up and was in the front yard romping around messing up my cut grass pile etc. We slept downstairs with him and let me tell you he's a cuddly little beast. He woke up at 2am and I took him outside and he peed. He slept the rest of the night (I didn't because I was worried about him). Tonight he's going to have to sleep himself because I can't keep loosing sleep. He's an incredbile little guy who already has a big personality!

I suggest getting a dog cage if you ever decide to put it in the house, to leave him there while you are out. this keeps him from using the bathroom in the house, at least until he is trained.

Rick your somethin else man

I found this pic on the board, and fell in love with this dog, i contacted my uncle whos a vet, and found out that one of his employees breeds these things. 3K a pop!!!!! He told me not to worry about the price, of the dog, and pretty much told me all the negatives. I still want it, but am second guessing it, with my lifestyle....

How many hours a week does a dog require??
