rofl, yeah I was looking at that too. All the ricers here in L.A. have them on their car. Have no clue what it means...Option magazine? DOrifito club?

 

In Japan, this sticker mean's "Inexperienced Driver". Usually people who have just got their driver's licenses put those stickers on their cars to warn other drivers on the road.

I LAMO every time I see ricers in the states has them on their cars (basically they are telling people thay can't drive).
