As for the spa, make sure you get her enough that she gets more than just a manicure/pedicure. Let her spend like half a day there.

Girls don't see the gist in things, they see the details. Scrapbooks are a nice touch as they are basically reminders of the past, and girls love that kind of stuff. If you've got lots of pictures, have a favorite artist/band you both enjoy, throw in some pictures, lyrics, maybe a CD. Just shows you put in a few hours of thought/gluing rather than sitting on Amazon or going to the mall. Also shows you remember the good times you've had.

Get her a cool book if she likes reading. Nothing new, some sort of classic, depending on the type of girl she is.
Rose petals + bubbles + jacuzzi = insta-win!

I'm 28, she's 23. We've only been together this fall, so it seems a bit early for the sentimental stuff. We do have some good photos from this past weekend, maybe get one blown up and framed nice?
