Default Girlfriend Vrs. P0rn.

Hey my gf recently caught me looking at P0rn. She used my computer and dug through all my history files and found it. Now she's saying things like..."if you want that, you don't need me," "i don't trust you anymore," If i catch you one more time we need to break up/stop living with eatch other." "when im asleep and your on the computer ill be worried your right in the next room whacking off."etc etc

We've been together for 5 years, and the last half a year we've been living with eatch other. IMO shes blowing this out of proportion. I try to explain to her that i love her, and P0rn is just, ya know P0rn. Majority of guys look at it. And i know it bothers her so i dont tell her i look at it, she snoops around on my comp to find it. This is not the first time shes "caught" me looking at it either.

If any of you have experience with gf's who hate P0rn please chime in. Shes giving me sh!t about it non stop, iv'e never really seen her this mad. Please discuss.

Anybody who snoops through your shit (especially to see if you've been downloading p0rn) deserves a swift booting out the door.

generally speaking:

people that snoop through your stuff are obviously insecure. this is overtly obviously because after she found what she was looking for she felt threatened enough by it to give you an ultimatum. insecurity is like a cancer, once the mind is infected by it is pretty much a wrap.

on the other hand, there is a reason that you look at pRon. that reason could be directly or indirectly related to your gal. maybe she is aware of this reason, thus the insecurity.

my suggestion? continue to do you, just be a lil' more discrete about it.

When it comes to p0rn, girls are usually divided on such issue. Some girls think it's unacceptable for their spouses/guys to watch it because in their perception, it's a form of cheating/infidelity to fantasize about another girl. On the other hand, some girls just accept it casually as it's a way for boys to release their internal pressure. My stance? Though I'm not fond of it, I'm usually okay with it unless the guy is addicted to it, then I'd have to use my boots.

My advice? Tell her that it's not important to you, but it's just a way for you to release "it". Well, unless you have child p0rn on your computer or girls who look totally opposite as she, then it's another problem. Most girls (and guys for that matter) feel insecure when their significant others fantasize about someone who looks totally opposite.

P.S. I find your post very hilarious, and I can't picture how funny it'd be if she caught you in the process of releasing "it".

My gf and I have gone over this very subject and she was completely fine with it. Just explain your situation with her in a calm manner...things should work out.
