Good bye, s2ki!
Buh-bye.
Dear
,
On behalf of the Christina Noble Children's Foundation, we thank you for your donation.
No matter how large or small, every donation made to CNCF makes a difference in the life of a child in need. Your donation will be used to support projects for homeless and the poorest of children in both Vietnam and Mongolia. Your donations will be used to support and provide emergency medical care, medical rehabilitation, nutrition, physical therapy, education, vocational training and countless other projects. All these help to save children's lives and support and sustain them to become the independent and self-sufficient individuals that all humans have the right to be.
On behalf of Christina and everyone involved in CNCF, we thank you for choosing to make a difference.

Ckit,
I will kick in money to reimburse you if need be. You just did a great service for this forum. The ones that contribute the most to charities and non-profits are the ones that are least likely to toot their own horn about it. There are many passages in the Bible about this.
Anyway, I doubt you have been 'stretched' financially in any way by this donation, but keep me abreast if anything changes.
Now, let's all pray that he lives up to his word to not return. (I'm not holding my breath).

Honestly the best money I've spent in quite a while. It's just gravy that it's going to a charity!
Thanks for the support, though. That means more to me than the money.
I feel like s2ki.com is a 2nd home and trying to keep it troll-free.
At least with people like SteveC, they brought something to the forum (whether it was outweighed by the negative, I can't say).
All the logic in the world won't convince someone like kumainu that he is wrong. In the entire time he's been here I can't think of one ounce of "help" or "service" he's contributed to our community.
You know good people from their actions, not from their own horn-tooting.
