Good Work Out Tunes
Well folks,
I think I've just about exhausted my music options since I have lately stepped up my cardio and weight training programs. Any suggestions? I'm not really into classic rock, or mullet endowed, banjo playing small town bands who think they can conjure up a good song. I have enjoyed Rammstein's Feuier Frei (sp?) and Du Hast, despite not being able to understand a word of the German Lyrics. Moby is great as well, as is some of the newer Linkin Park Tracks (Point of Authority)
I'm off the opinion that good work out tunes would suffice as great driving songs as well.
That said.....your suggestions please.....

Depends on how fast you want to work out. Japanese breakbeat or powertechno is good for speed training (140 BPM +) or you could try some trance tunes that have a steady beat to get a rhythm going.
Also, if you do Tai Chi or slow movement control excercises, Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata or Pachabel's Cannon would be perfect.
