mapquest is(or was) known for it's ability to give you completely wrong directions.

I remember I was driving cross-country back in 2000 using mapquest (was like the only thing back in 2000 to use), and it told us to take an exit in bum-fuck-no-where Arizona or something, and take this other road. We busted out a map, and it wanted us to go from the interstate to some back-road highway that would take us hundreds of miles out of the way from the main interstate that would get us to where we needed perfectly fine.

Since then, I haven't used Mapquest.

Google maps. It's built into my Droid for navigation. It's closer to being accurate than tom tom, garmin, or the system Lexus (I work there) has. It's fujitsu ten I think.

I prefer Google Maps mainly because the interface is clean and it is a lot quicker.

Google maps once gave me directions to get off the freeway, travel one block and get back on the freeway. WTF.

Has anyone tried the new Mapquest? http://new.mapquest.com/
