To make a long story short I crashed a car on the back roads. 5min. later a cop showed up, came out of the car telling me I was speeding and while screaming using profenity and calling me names. He gave me a speeding ticket, failed to keep right, and speed not reasonable.

He didn't not wear a hat, and there is about 3 miles distance from the point where he said somebody with similar car was speeding. He didn't know the license plate # of the car speeding when I asked him. While my car was toed, I was in the cops car he was following the truck. Then he stopped meet another cop car started talking with him and gave him something from his trunk. The truck was already far away. He then follewed the truck and failed to stop at the stop sign!

Is there anything I can use from this to have the case thrown out, or anything I can do to win?

No, the road was icy and this was a very sharp turn with no sign. The rear of the car just came out. The cop didn't see me having accident. I didn't see the cop and he didn't have his lights on otherwise I would have stopped.

Should be an easy set to tickets to get dismissed. Get the road conditions documented, and get an affadavit from the cop (or ask him in court) with him aswering the following:

1) Did you see a car similar to mine? yes
2) Did you get the license plate? no
3) Did you lose sight of the car? yes
4) Can you say conclusively that my car was the one you witnessed braking the law? no

Best of luck man.

Maybe try ticketassasin.com to get a few more ideas. There's literature on there such as how to fight by mail, and how to get another trial if you're not satisfied with the outcome of the first trial, and typical arguments against the various vehicle code infractions. See if any of those apply.

speed not reasonable
This will be the hardest one to get dismissed seeing how you slid off the road. Good Luck

I've heard that if they're not wearing their hat, then they're out of uniform and the charges would be dismissed. Do you guys know if there is any truth to that?

Not here in Texas... Only the State Troopers (heh, don't mess with them!) wear hats, but I don't know if they're 'out of uniform' by not wearing it.
