Wow, I see a thread on here at least once a day where an attourney is needed. But what is the main reason that nobody is willing to get one? Basically the cost ....but what if a top rated attorney was available to you for unlimited consultation, letters written on your behalf, and even down to Wills be made, at an affordable cost? That is what I am using now and it works....for those of us who have had speeding tickets (like me) this is VERY VALUABLE. I have the service myself and got clocked doing 75 in a 40 zone...the lawyer showed up in court with me and I ended paying $25 and NO POINTS ON MY LICENSE. If anyone is interested, just PM me and I can give you any information that you want. This is not just for automotive issues, for ANY reason that you would need a lawyer for....

I might have found something on my ticket that makes no sense!?

Date of Offense 12/12/02
Appear in the Court 01/08/02

I'm suppose to appear in the Court 2002????????? I think that's big a mistake! Will all my tickets get dismissed?

Probably not. It's just like when you start writing checks in January to pay bills and you accidently put last years year on it. It's still good. The court knows what date the officer meant.
This isn't writing checks, You can't assume in the court... thick doesn't equal thin, although to some people it does that's why there are laws. Any mistake made on the ticket gets it dismissed, hopefully they'll let it go.
