Pleats. They look more proffesional and they are generally more comfortable.

Pleats tend to balloon and make you look chubbier if you're thick at all, or they make you look like more of lanky twig with clothes that are too big if you're thin.

Plain all the way.

The rule is to wear pleated pants as a more formal attire and if you're trim. Thicker d00ds should stay with plain.

Pleated, always.. slacks and khakis. Of course, I only wear both to the office, or in formal situations. I think flat front pants worn in any semi-formal situation look stupid.
