Default Great news...

If you live in NJ as I do, car insurance is not fun. Until late last yr the govt would not make changes to allow for more competition.

A local insurance broker quoted me $8500/yr for an s2000.

Geico just gave me a quote for $2200/yr.

Thank you geico for making my dreams possible!

Go Geico! www.geico.com

Painless + top notch customer service!

Man that sucks that it is so high. I only drive mine 7-8 months a year but it costs me about $500 a year full coverage and then 4-5 months storage coverage.

I dated a girl from Jersey and she said she did not know anyone that had not had their car stolen. Hers was stolen when she went into 7-11 for a pack of smokes. That can't be helping things.

Geico is a horrible company to deal with. They fVck with people who have claims against their customers. I hope the main office goes down in flames and they get sued into bankrupcy

That's probably about as likely to happen as Microsoft going bankrupt.

That was my situation. State farm, except for you signing the right to have OEM parts put on your car, is the best. I've had three accidents in which I've been rear ended all by Geico customers. Everytime its a run around. For god sakes I'm stopped at a red light and the dude just slamed into me. Didn't see the light was red or my car? Then I had to fight with that damn geckco to get my money for my rental car. I guess goig from a dodge stratus to a chevy malibo was considered a step up? The difference was like $5 a day between that and a cavalier. I think a cavaler is a little smaller than a stratus. Morons fought me over what ended up being like $50 for weeks. Fvckers. Not to mention the other accidents. Trying not to take liability for all the damages and almost refusing to pay for a few days of a rental car because I was out of town on ligitimate business when my car was ready.
