Rt. 140 is where my parent's live, but Saturday I didn't go out, so that wasn't me, but recently I do see couple more S2000 in my local areas...

 

Etgar, well it wasn't me... wasn't Sat. pretty cold? No snow tires on my baby. And it was sleeping that day. S2KDays 01 is going to happen in Asheville, North Carolina on April 27-29, 2001. Low-S2000 in PA sounds like he is heading up the guys around his area, and I am interested in grouping together everyone in our area.

rayyu882, It could of been me you have seen in the Cambridge area. I am there quite often and also in Boston. But I have not seen a S2K by chance. Except once... a white one in Weston (female driver).

I would love to meet up with you guys and others in MA... but if it is freezing out... my S2k stays in storage... I'm praying for a third Indian Summer... but I don't think that will happen this late in the year .

 

Work in MA, but live in RI - so I guess I could consider myself partly from the MA area.

Josh and I are thinking of going to NC. Not to crazy about the ride, but would love to meet up with everyone - will decide in the next couple of weeks. Could be alot of fun driving down, depending on who gets to drive....I think we need 2 S2K's.

I'm sure alot of us would like to get together soon. But, it all depends on the weather. A few of us like myself have their cars in storage right now . But welcome again, and I will be in touch if the New England group gets together again. By the way... where did you get your baby? When? and what color? There are quite a few S2k Owners in the New England area... but it is very rare to see one just by chance. You have missed a few meets, but there will definitely be more! Denk-H, Hello! Well, I am not sure how many New Englanders are heading down to NC. I plan on being down there on Thursday afternoon to do the Dragon Run on Friday. But it would be cool if both of you guys had a S2k! I will make another post about this in the next few weeks just to see who is interested.

I may be going, too. I'll decide for sure in early January. I am a member of my town's finance committee and need to check the budget review meeting schedule first.

So you are considering about going down to NC also! Well I was thinking maybe the Mass people could meet up in Sturbridge and then I guess head down to Pinky... but I am sure we can firm up the details much later. I wonder how many people north of us in NH and ME and south RI and CT plan on going. Well I guess we will know soon.

Pinky, How's it going big guy! So you put in to head up the CT owners going down? I sent Greg an e-mail to do the same for I guess everyone else above you . Yes, I'll start another post on this in the next few weeks... after the holidays. Maybe everyone else will have made a decision by then. I too need to send my $$$!! And book the hotel. So far I have a cousin of mine in NJ running shotgun with me that I need to pick up along the way, but if he backs out I wouldn't mind rooming with ya! As long as you don't snore!! And of course if your g/f doesn't go !

As for directions on the best route to get down there... I plan on stopping by AAA and getting those neat maps they give out. At least AAA has some benefits! I'm sure we could print out the maps from Mapquest... but I think the little fold up maps will work out a little better. And I can get them copied and bounded here at work, so everyone could get a copy.
