I just clicked 35 two weeks ago, roughly 40% grey. My salt and pepper has me swimming in tail, embrace it!

My family has pretty decent genes in the hair area. I barely have any gray at 46.

I am 49. I have one grey hair one one of my sideburns, but many if I grew a beard. Hair is getting thin on top, but everyone on my dad's side their hair stays dark until they hit late eighties or die. It just gets creepily thin and stringy on top instead. I'd rather have grey than a comb-over.

I just sport the cactus look when I don't get around to just shaving my whole head. Beard - gray.

I'm with you on that one for sure. Mine started thinning so I started taking finasteride and it brought it to a stop.
