I have just a grey hair here and there, nothing major. But it's slowly coming. I don't mind color matching with my car.

ok since a lot of you guys have more experience in this department ill jump in and ask a question. I have one grey hair that I know of on my soul patch. I heard that if you pull it out more grey hairs come out. Is this true? I am 29 and that is the only grey hair I have. I mix coconut oil shay butter, a few drops of myrrh oil, few drops of frankincense oil and amla powder every other night and massage it into my hair and skin.

Your post is a joke ..... Right????

Your beauty routine may have some effect on your skin but where did you come up with that routine??? It sounds rather random especially since you cite no scientific basis behind your magic formula. There are certainly substances that can help keep your skin healthy and help protect against premature aging effects but whether those particular substances do that -- your guess or research is as good as or probably better than mine.

There are also certainly things you can use to protect the condition of the hair shaft or perhaps the health of the hair follicle but the whole concept that whether or not you pull out a random hair or applying magic potions can have any effect on the greying of hair is just FLAT OUT RETARDED IMHO. YMMV.

Finest Regards,

A guy whose first grey hairs started to appear when he was about 15.

Anything that you put on your skin gets absorbed right into your body so I tend to stay away from off the shelf lotions. I dont even take Tylenol if I have a headache or feel like I am getting sick. I have not gotten sick in over 5 years. no cold, flu or allergies. sorry if I sounded like if i was making any claims but I was just saying what works for me. I am not a doctor but you should not be calling people retarded as I did not even say anything out of line.

I will give you some high level info on the items I use. You can do further research on this if you would like.

Frankincense Oil Is one of the most sought after essential oils in the world. It has been used to treat many things including skin diseases, respiratory and urinary tract infections, rheumatism, and even syphilis.
Myrrh Oil is an
astringent so it can prevent hair loss. It is also great for preventing microbial infections such as chicken pox, fevers, etc....
Amla is reported to have 20 to 40 times the vitamin C that an orange has. Vitamin c is good for reducing loss of melanin.
I will leave the coconut oil and shay butter for you to look into as it is something that is widely used by many.

So a bigstrusk stumbles into OT... Just passed 35 and have about a 5% grey mix now. It just happened within last 5 years, when career got intense. I blame that. Much less noticeable when I keep the cut short, but it's inevitable... genes don't lie.

i knew a guy who had his blonde hair well into his mid 70's, he credited it to taking wheat germ every day. Probably total B.S. but he swore by it.
