Default GT3 glitch...

I posted this on the GT3 Tracking thread, but no one responded. Not sure if peeps think I'm nuts, or there was no more room to post...so here goes again.

When I enter a series race with the F094/H F1 Racer I get a glitch. A few seconds into the race the lead car (whatever it happens to be) disappears! Upon viewing the replay of that car it appears that it is being catapulted by some unseen force a third of the way around the track or better. To watch the yellow dot (the car indicator) is trippy, it goes like mad to it's destination and then stops for a while, then it shoots off the screen like a shooting star. The in-car cam replay reveals that the car instantly starts spinning with all 4 tires roasting and the brake rotors glowing then becomes airborne. It sits a while and then usually comes back down before it goes off the normal scope of the game (in the air) to never-never land...hehe. Anyone else experience this?

Couple of ways. I have a Gameshark, so it's easy for me . For you the easiest way is to win all the Rally's (which is cake) and get the Escudo Pikes Peak car and set it to go as fast as possible, then take it to the last race in the Enduro series, it's a 150 mile treck of the Super Speedway. One of the 4 cars you win is a F1 car. It'll take you 45 minutes or so, but it's the easiest. Each of the Enduro's gives you an F1, but they take forever and there's no guarantee!!! Gameshark dude, Gameshark!

Never had that happen and I use that F1 car for most of my races. I almost got that thing to flip one time. It's by far my favorite car. Just to think, I orginally didn't want that car when I won it.

I want the F094/S which is the car you get when you finish the game 100%.

The only weird stuff I see is when a car gets stuck sometimes. It's like they can't go in reverse or something, so I lend a helping hand and ram them at high speeds.

At lunch I played it again and still got the glitch, but this time the car hit me and it was me that went into never-never land! Burnt all 4 tires red and brakes just glowing, way up in the sky twirling...good GOD!

Oh well, it's kinda fun...but I wish I could get a code for that, if it could be controlled it would be massive!

I've never seen that warp-speed behavior. Sounds cool.

As a side note it would be kind of fun to see who has the most mileage in their formula car. I know I'm over 3500 miles. My best time around Laguna Seca in that car, so far only on Medium race tires, is 1:02.972.

Also, in series races is there any way around the lack of an oil change between races? By the third race I'm down from 711 to 677 HP.

Hey Pen, that's a good time dude, maybe we should all post our best times and try to beat them.... Anyway, I know how to fix the oil thing...get a new car!!! I have about 50 F1 cars in my garage...hehe. I use the F094/H mostly because it's the fastest if I remember correctly. I took them all to the machine tests and did the numbers, but I'm at work and don't have access to them at presant.
