i beg to differ....sun in his eyes (basically sun blind), swerves to avoid the first set of cars he barely saw in time, swerves back into original lane and cannot avoid second set of cars.

Speeding yes, for sure.

 

Blame it on the Russian student driver program, it consists of 10 weeks of field training in a tank.
