Tragic incident, but to the department for taking the correct actions and filing charges against this cop. Suspension without pay is also the correct disciplinary action to follow.

haha!! Well that department did it by the books, so I have respect for that department. I wont be calling them crooked pigs or acuse them of covering shit up. If more police misconduct cases were handled like this, I would have much more respect for law enforcement.

This happened in my lovely city. I'm related to 4 different cops and was glad to hear they locked this fool up. Not only did he shoot him once, he stood over him and kept shooting! Some people get a badge and let it allll go to their head.
