The Browning BAR only costs around the 8-10k mark, so that is very obtainable.

I'd rather have something more modern if it is select fire.

I have the following:

Glock 22 (40 S/W) - Lasermax internal
Glock 17L (9 mm) - compensated slide and barrel
Glock 26 (9mm) - sub compact
HK P7 (9mm) - CCW favorite
DPMS AR (5.56NATO) - still upgrading
Winchester Model 1894 (32-40) - 1951, belonged to Grandfather
Winchester Model 70 (30-06) - 1954, belonged to Grandfather
Weatherby MkV (270 WBM) - belonged to father
Mossberg 500 (12g) - 18.5" barrel, pistol and full stocks

The Weatherby, Model 70 and 1894 all have scopes - AR has holographic and iron sites.
