Guns
Go to the range without chicks to get used to it. Shooting a gun is nothing, but the first time shooting a gun as an adult isn't, especially if it is a handgun. Long guns 'feel' safe, a handgun the first time is somewhat scary and you tend to forget procedures. It is alot like riding a motorcycle the first time, it takes all your concentration and focus and when you walk out of the range you feel worn out from the adrenaline dump.
The second time it is pure fun. Enjoy.

My latest purchase was a Savage Stevens 200 in .308. Great long range bolt gun thats pretty cheap. Just shot it this weekend, 3-4" group @100 yards... not great, not terrible. I havent shot long(er) range in awhile.
Take an average girl off the street who didn't grow up with actual guns in the family, and stick a glock in her hand at a range.. she's most likely not going to hold it "correctly". I use quotes since there are several appropriate variations.

I've trained a few women at the range, they at least listen to me.
