what the hell was that guy doing checking discussion forums that is not related to his work, during work hours, using his companies resources?? i don't think the guy should be accused and reprimanded for viewing porn at work, but he does deserve to be reprimanded for using company time and resources for personal use.

stupid and petty.... if someone asked me if I was viewing porn at work... it'd be a "no", but I saw XXX doing it.

 

that sucks, employers are not messing around anymore, it is too easy for a girl to claim sexual harassment and sue the company just to get rich......ahhhhh the new american dream (to get a good settlement, working hard!)
