Jersey in the UK we have to by law and have done so for years. I actually feel kinda naked without it and don't like driving ever without the belt on.

I do anytime I'm in the front seat (driver or passenger). It's just safer. In fact I feel naked and uncomfortable without it.

I put my seatbelt on in the car if Im changing parking spaces. It's a natural habit and a good one at that!

If you're not wearing your seat belt you need a good smack to the side of the head.

I wear my seatbelt at all times. I never know when someone is gonna try racing me. If I crashed at high speeds I'd want to be in my seat, not out the window.

After seeing a moderate fender bender and the corresponding driver with his bottom lip sheared off and hanging by a small piece of tissue from the side of his mouth (hit the steering wheel), I'm convinced that using a seat belt is the smarter thing to do. Then, after seeing several head impressions in the passenger side windshield with hair and blood stuck to the cracked glass, I'm doubly convinced that wearing a seat belt is the smarter thing to do. Of course, then there's the one who rolled his car, got thrown out onto the road and then ran over by the car following - an easy call - nothing to do but put a tarp over the body. Sorry to be so graphic in my descriptions. It's meant to drive the point home. Did it?
Besides, it's the law here.
