Default Had luncheon with President Bush today...

I was invited to a fundraising luncheon today for President Bush (after mucho donations), and today was the first time I met the man in the flesh. He's taller than I thought, and has broader shoulders than I expected. He was also very friendly - shook hands with lots of people after his speech.

The lunch was pretty shitty for the amount of $ I paid, but I guess he has to keep as much of it as possible. The most interesting part of this is the number of absolutely STUNNING/SEXY/BEAUTIFUL women who were present - mostly with er...older (and I'm sure distinguished) gentlemen.

Overall it was an interesting experience meeting the most powerful man in the world in the flesh.

Lunch was a very nasty cold chicken salad, cold dinner roll with butter, a cup of water, a cup of iced tea, a cup of coffee, and a really good dessert.

cold chicken salad? that sounds pretty disappointing considering the occasion.

Well, I support our president, doesn't matter if he's Republican, Democrat, or whatever. I figure the money donated was well worth the experience - I just wish they could've had better food
