Kendleton, a town in Texas has always been known to be a speed trap. It's know that they use this to pay the bill. Well, they are screwed now... cause they kept over 1.7 million dollars of the state's money.... well the states wanted the money so they seized the town's bank account so now the town has no money. And the town had to file for bankrupcy protection in order to keep the lights on! HA! serves them right. It's one thing to pull over speeders, it's another to entrap people.
