I know friends in film school. They've done stuff with simple CGI projects way more intense than that.

Hoax IMO. The movement is like a conventional aircraft. Interesting though.

I was looking for a CGI video he did of a twinkie basically walking down a busy sidewalk.

It wasn't quite as good, but would prove the point stuff like this is easy to create.

There are VERY convincing videos of events in Arizona that never made national television. There is also a damn credible bigfoot film from about a year ago that hardly has been seen. Even as humor bits, they usually don't fly.
