... bored again and i was just wondering if any of you have a RC plane.
I have been flying for comming up to 5 years now, i am an instructor and am getting my lisence to fly at shows (B certificate) within the next few months.
I have recently just built this:
(Will have to be links untill i get the pictures smaller!)
New Plane
i needed a new one because.... gravity won with my last plane!!!
Old Plane

it is great fun but there are allot of risks taken

well if there is anyone out there.. lets see your pics!

I'm no into that but a good friend was. He'd spend all this money, time and effort to make these really cool planes then i would go out with him to watch him fly them strieght into trees, power lines, overpasses and the unforgiving ground. It pissed him off to no end but his reactions were some of the funniest things i've ever seen. He doesn't fly them anymore but still has 2 or 3 broken husks of RC planes in his garage.

I've had up to 20 airplanes in my basement at times. Everything from 18 inch electrics to 1/4 scale monsters. i sold everything when I took up golf. I miss it occasionally but If I were to get back in I'd go electrics like my brother.

I have flown RC planes for almost 20 years. I started flying when I owned a hobby shop. Don't own the shop anymore but still fly planes. Oh, I used to fly pattern in competition.
