No, but when I was visiting a field office one time after a night of many cocktails, I was running late for the office and I got dressed really fast and didn't notice anything odd. When I took a break for lunch I reached for my suit coat and realized I was wearing grey slacks and had a blue suit coat. Doh!!

Over the years I have had a lot of days (in town and on the road) with wardrobe screw-ups. Done the different socks right side and inside out. Have not had a belt, a tie, or the right color shoes on the road. Realized I was wearing black slacks with a dark navy coat or one with and one without pinstripes.
