#1: Girl I am "talking" to

I took this girl to my prom and she is just about everything I look forward in a girl. So after the prom of course I ask her to be my girlfriend... but she hits me with the "I don't want to be in a close relationship blah blah blah." So whatever these girls call it today "talking" aka hanging out... getting the chance to kiss and etc. So we did "talk" for a while. So I finally got it through my head to stop trying to care A LOT about her... because she NEVER... tried to kiss me. I always had to kiss her. She acts like she doesn't care what happens. So one day she came in my job, but I was flirting with my co-worker... and she storms out. I felt like i hurt her... so I guess she did care... but my problem is now that I am ready to go to college and I feel that I will find another girl I like... how do I break it to her? I don't want to hang out a lot more with her because I will still be attached... and I kinda don't want to be so attached anymore...

#2 Mom found "pron" cd....

Well I had to go to work today... and my new gateway speakers weren't working right... so I gave my mom my password and she called gateway while I was at work. I just got home and my sister told me my mom played my "pron" cd and saw everything that was up there... Pron you know... Porn since we are all mature around here... I haven't even watched this cd in months and I feel awful... what should I do? She hasn't even confronted me about it... and I feel like I am some nasty man that doesn't deserve such a good mother lol...

hmmm talk about 2 different sets of problems..

let me start with #2..I wouldnt sweat it unless you come from a very religious back ground..thats that young men do, hell almost all men do..look at porn..your mom isnt as niave as you think. Most likely she understands better then you do..remember..your mom was a teenager once too.. yes times have changed..but not that much.

Unless you had some really nasty stuff on there, odds are the worst that will happen is that you will just fell uncomfortable for a while.

try having your mom walk in on you and your GF doing the nasty 6 times in one week..now that was a conversation...and also a new lock on the door..but that was a long time ago..

Your first line says that she is almost everything you look for in a girl...thats pretty good, being that you will never find EVERYTHING you want..doesnt meant that you will never find a girl that is more then perfect for you..but hitting 90% is damn good. So then she plays coy, gives you the commitement speach..we've all heard it. Though I've never used the words "will you be my GF?" that i figure would scare most people away..Gotta play it smooth..go out on dates, build a relationship..then next thing you know she is you GF.. didnt have to ask..just understood.

So know she seems jealous, doesnt surprise me, unless she went to the prom with you because you were the last single guy left, odds are she likes you to some degree...

But know you got the other side of the equation, College..Hmm its like free sex for 4 years...I did nothing but..but I never found my true love there, and after a while it became very very shallow..I don't feel bad, but not really good either..

So if you think this girls is the one for you..then you owe it to yourself to try whatever you can to be with her..If she aint the one..its not a big deal..you will meet tonnes of women at school and may very well find her there.

I'm guessing you're what? 19-21? something like that?

My best advice is to have fun know, lots of time to settle down later..make sure you've "found yourself" otherwise what you do now, will have nothing to do with what you want later...

#2 I soo told you guys pron was bad. If your moms asks you about it, deny it. Then if she says that she has proof, lie. If all else fails blame it on your sister.

Yes Yes my friend, you are doing the right thing. It is always good to make the girls suffer. That is what they deserve. Excuse my cynicism at the moment, for I am slightly buzzed. Just be careful what you do. Don't let the girls know each other. For as my father says, "A man's business is a man's business." As for your mother, as stated, a man's business is a man's business. You should not concern yourself with such petty matters.

numero uno: Forget her. you guys never even "DTR'd" right?. you will so forget her when you go to college. if you think you found someone who's got everything you're looking for NOW, you will be saying that about every fourth other girl you meet in college. there are MANY more fish in the sea when you go to college (and then NONE when you graduate!!!, so make sure you really do find someone in college).

numero dos: i don't know. i'm not a guy. best guess: let time do the healing. if you're not going to confront your mom or she confronts you, why worry about? getting caught doing it would be much worse right?
