soul-fly: Exactly how is this award "inclusionary"? By its very confines, it excludes any student other than a black. So again, where is this inclusionary and not exclusionary? You contradict yourself left and right.

i believe i said, these awards aren't meant to be exclusive, but inclusive. in other words, they're primarily intended to include a certain people that often time get overlooked, by doing that, unfortunately other folk get "excluded".
