I am finally looking to upgrade from the stock sound system and I am looking at two head units. The first one is a used Alpine 7894, which is last year's model. The other one I am looking at is a new Alpine CDA-9815, which is a current model. Any opinions on whether the new one will be worth the extra money (about $110)? Thanks.

 

You can buy a brand new CDA-7995 from Crutchfield for $299.99. They are having a clearance on them since they are last years models. It is originally a 500 dollar head unit and is pre-amp out only and MP3 cabable.
