Heading Back?

At this moment, it looks like the NASDAQ index is heading back to staying above 2000 and the Dow Industrials index is heading back to staying above 10000.
Or is it just an April fools joke, and they both will fall short?

Well, now that the Dow seems firmly above 10,000, and the NASDAQ has finally closed above 2000 again, is the bear market over??
