Default Heart Attack Grill Spokesman Dies of Heart Attack

I'm sorry for being a little cynical, at least according to the article for getting a slight kick out of this, but it was definitely a sad day for Heart Attack Grill Patrons in Las Vegas. Apparently last February, another person had a heart attack while eating an essentially 10,000 Calorie Quadruple Bypass Burger.

Quote from article: "Founded in 2005, the unapologetically unhealthy restaurant employs waitresses dressed as nurses and serves butterfat milkshakes, "flatliner" fries and 9,982-calorie "quadruple bypass burgers." (Patrons who are able to finish them are escorted to their cars in wheelchairs.) Customers who weigh over 350 pounds eat free."

If you didn't weight 350 when you came in you surely will on the way out.

I think pointing and laughing, while still in bad taste, is allowable in this instance.

I don't think it's irony when the result has been accurately predicted by the folks involved. I think it's the opposite of. If the restaurant had been called "Heart-Healthy Grill," it would be irony. In this case it's called "predictable outcome."
