Actually they say Britney has been off drugs the last time she was forced into a hospital. I honestly think she has some extreme, deep set, mental issues that have completely taken over her life. Of course, drugs have exacerbated her downfall, but I don't know if she will go to the limit with drugs. She might just kill herself in a delusional rage. She is clinically psychotic, I think.
