Help me find a cancelled sitcom, or at least
What I'm looking for is some sort of database of all cancelled sitcoms from the 1990s. Maybe even a list of ones that weren't cancelled.
The show I'm particularly interested in finding is about a guy who works at a diner/deli type restaurant (I seem to remember the floorplan of the place being multi-level for what it's worth). He was a small guy with longish dark hair and his character was witty.
"If I told you that, then anybody could do my job".
Maybe it was named after the actual restaurant.
I know it's vague at best, but if someone could get me going that'd be great.

Well, I found a bunch of sitcom names here:

On a side note, I found this the other day. Brought me back to the good 'ol days. What a weird show.

Did the guy have a southern accent?
He does not really have long hair but there was an NBC show called Boston Common where the dude from Yes Dear was pretty funny and had some kind of restaurant job on campus.

I remember Boston Common, I think the one I'm looking for is from around the same time period. The guy has longer hair than the guy from yes Dear, and I think he's been on other stuff since then.
Keep 'em coming guys

If you can just name any actor that was in your show you could look through the shows they were in.

If I had to guess I'd say NBC, and I don't have a problem looking at every sitcom ever aired for more than four episodes on each of the three major networks; I just can't find any such list or database.
I can't even do that. Honestly, this is something that's been bugging me for years. I've just never pursued it because I thought it was a lost cause. Then I decided to ask you guys as a (long shot) last resort kind of thing.
I guess this thread will just die like my dream, but I'll keep trying.
note: I remember the guy having a slightly high pitched voice...maybe like a David Spade type build and features, but with dark hair(and a higher pitched voice).
