Long story short, here at PennState the university apartments offer free rent in contests every so often. Because contests are ran on social media in this era it requires a Twitter account and you to simply just retweet his tweet. He is currently in second place and it runs until Wednesday. If there is one person who could use the free rent it is certainly him. Here is the link to his tweet.
