oK, so I bought a webcam--Ezonics from Best Buy. My mother who lives in Italy bought one too. Dunno what kind. Now how do we chat with eachother and see eachother? I need your help. Is there like a free messaging that you can use the webcams??? Or a website? Free preferrably!

You can use netmeeting... it's combined with msn messenger.

I use net meeting / msn messenger to chat sometimes. Those two program work great. You also need a mic to chat with.

I have a webcam May, but I don't use msn messenger. I like iVisit better. You can get it from iVisit.com

 

I've used Yahoo messenger before, I think its the easiest. I don't have much patience for computers. Give that a try

 

yahoo IM client has decent integrated webcam software.
