I've recently started a blog about the service industry....(restaurants/bars to be more specific.)
If you want to kill some work time, sign up to it, and help a brotha out. I update everyday, so there is always something funny to read.
The site has no ads, no popups, no junkmail, no p0rn, no sales BS, just text.
Thanks for your support!!!

P.S. Any comments/questions will help me get the site off the ground. Thanks for signing up fellas!

I like it! But shouldn't your "Welcome" post be either the earliest post or else an About link on the side? Also, if you want a really stable readership consider adding a link to subscribe to your feed (Feedburner works perfectly for me).
Good luck with it!
My BMW airhead restoration blog got over 45,000 views and generated lots of new contacts and discussions in forums. Even though I haven't posted an update in many months, and I'm "done" with it, I'm still getting > 100 more views per day. Probably the coolest thing is how close some of my posts get to the top of related web searches!
My XKE resto blog is still in its infancy. The only downside to a popular blog is self-imposed stress over updates because you get bitching from th audience. I gave advance warning of spacing mine out from every week to every two or three weeks. I still get bitching!
It is fun being a little (in)famous in odd circles. Are there service industry forums where you can rope in regular viewers?
