looks like a gigantic identity crisis to me. american cuisine isn't modern, and modern cuisine certainly isn't american. haute is dead as is fusion. many restaurants in chicago that offer many different things. I prefer blackbird, but Paul and I go way back.

 

Funny. I was looking at the pics and thought well, pretty nice but they missed the style by at least a decade. Then I saw the thread was about 9 years old.
