Soooo can anyone help me find where I can go on the net to buy 2 things..
1-A scale model of a S2000 perferbly Spa of course (FOR ME OF COURSE!!) and
2-a Scale model of a R1 (bike). (For a friend)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.. I tried Ebay... I tried exoticars.com (they got the s but no r1) and I tried scale-18.com (i think that's it) their site is down till 6/30.

For the S2000, get the 1:18 AutoArt model. H&A accessories, site sponsor, carries it for $43.20. The cheaper Maisto model is inferior in detail and quality.

For the R1, Maisto makes a 1/18 model, and New Ray makes a 1/12 model. I don't know what kind of quality to expect for either of the models, however. A google search will yield numerous online ordering sites for either.

 

Funny I normally try yahoo.. not google.. Yahoo sucked and drove me crazy so i had stopped tried Google worked better but still not the kind i'm looking for. I want the R1 Blue and White... not the silver one. OH well I'm gonna try hitting a local hobby shop to see if they got it.. thanks again!!

I forgot to say fathers day weekend i was at a toy store getting my dad a Vette model (as a joke) and i was frantically looking for an S (they were like $10!!) and my sis bf's like this guy has one in his hands.. he had a silver one in his handS!! I was like WHERE'D YOU GET THAT??? he goes over there but it's the LAST ONE i was like AHHHHH I'm gonna try to hit either a hobby shop or going to hit Toys R Us.. But that R1 is gonna be a KILLER i just know it.

I did not see a Spa last time I checked the site, but they do have the BEST color

 

I got the AutoArt one with all the OEM extras, the color is perfect (silverstone), and it sits on a base that if you get the crystal case for it, it fits right over it perfectly. You don't have to use the base that the case come with. Mine cost $47.95 and I got it at a hobby store. All the details are exact, and its actually better than the regular AutoArt model w/out the OEM stuff. Go figure.
