I write her back and ask her:

getting breakfast one morning at breakfast bar at a nearby place close to work. I see this woman standing, looking at the pancakes. (she looks professional, mid 40's etc.)
She asks the cook behind the bar, "what are those big round flat bread looking things with spots in them?"
Cook- "blueberry pancakes"
