i'm still trying to figure out how the stripper and her alter ego count as a "hero"...i mean, isn't she just a schizo then? what's the difference? they should show how she killed the two dudes in her garage from ep 2 or whichever one it was.
Course didn't see her toss the dude through the wall, so I guess superstrength works.

Peter only has one power: he can mimic whatever Hero he is near.
The *ding* in my head went off so loudly that I'm sure the guy next to me heard it!
I'm back to, WTF? Weak.....
Hiro stops time to cheat but not to save their ass, get the hell out of Vegas already!! Psycho mom, huh!! The dad, what the heck is his power good for, hide?! Again, this show is moving so very slowly. One more like tonight and i'm definitely will not waste time anymore.
Instead of saving the world, they should try to save this show.

this episode sucked
at least the phasing dude knocked off the psycho mom before he "knocked" her off. she was kinda fly, but was truly starting to get on my nerves. oh yeah, hiro(notice the phonetic pronunciation), like the homie disco j said, "get the hell outta vegas already!!"
This entire episode was to setup the dad and the son meeting up with Hiro next episode.
I'm starting to wonder if the stripper is going to end up being one of the bad guys.
I find it funny that she is pretty much the Hulk.
I think we all wanted to see alot more plot development in New York and with Hiro.

I actually thought it was a decent episode overall.
Hiro didn't save the poker players, but he felt horrible about it. They showed that very well. That's character development. I thought it was hysterical when he was so stoked about carrying a sword in the future.
We finally got to see Nikki's power, and have it completely explained. We also got the complete backstory on her, her son and her husband. For those that think this show is moving slow, keep in mind that this plotline would have lasted MUCH MUCH longer on any other show.
Also, it should be clear what value walking through walls gives.
I doubt they have killed Nikki though. I predict she will be back and hunting the Hubby and son. I think she is going to be one of the bad guys.
We also got to see that the conspiricy (not yet revealed for good or evil) that the cheerleaders father is involved with is MUCH larger than previously thought. Also the conversation with her mother about her "illness" as a child (obviously a cover story creepy dad used to control the mom) was very interesting. She is starting to put things together. I was also trying to read the dad's reaction when he got the phone call with the "Save the cheerleader" message. Was he worried about her, or his plan?
I also wonder what Peter will do when he finds Isaac missing.
Overall, I think the show is building at a good pace, and I am still very enthralled by it.
Is it Monday again yet?
