Last summer I went to Knott's Berry Farm for a company get-together and ended up in, of all places, the magic shop. (Imagine that!) There was a charming young man there demonstrating some of the tricks. We chatted a bit, I learned that he was down here for the summer visiting his grandparents, and the day before he left to return to Oregon we went to the Magic Castle.
